Magazines4Less.com, hereinafter all collectively referred
to as the “Site.” By visiting the Site, you are accepting the practices described
in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collected from All Visitors
The Site may collect certain profile information from its users (including but not
limited to browser information, IP address, and general demographic information,
pages visited, time spent on pages and which site, if any, the user visited prior
to arriving at the Site) in order to improve our content, product offerings, and
promotional and marketing efforts. Our company also may use profile information
to create aggregate reports about its users. The above information may be collected

When you place an order for a magazine, the Site sends your personal information,
including name, address, credit card information and the titles you ordered to its
fulfillment partners. Fulfillment partners may only use this information to fulfill,
bill, and service your order. They have agreed not to sell, rent or lease your personally
identifiable information, or to use this information for any secondary purpose,
including marketing.
Contractual Relationships
We provide your information to our third party service vendors with whom we have
contractual relationships for the purpose of servicing our processing of your order.
These vendors provide various services on our behalf such as customer service, billing
and fulfillment. These vendors have agreed not to sell, rent or lease your personally

Publishers
When you order a magazine, we forward your contact information to the applicable
magazine publisher for fulfillment. Your information will be governed by the privacy

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, with respect to all users of our Site,
we reserve the right to disclose any content, records, or electronic communication
of any kind (including personal information or private electronic communication
transmitted on our site): (i) to satisfy any law, regulation, or government request;
(ii) if such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to operate the Site; or (iii)

Business Transfers
In some cases, we may choose to buy or sell corporate assets. Customer information
